I think what I was getting at was that with memorizing poetry you have to store more in your head at a time (connecting the lines), whereas with vocabulary you just have to memorize one chunk at a time (word meaning). But I neglected the fact that both the continuity and the rhyming make it easier. :) Katherine: I'm glad I wasn't the only one. I was practically bursting with a smile, wanting to say something.
