Free music at Liahona.net

Categories: LDS, Music

From the More Good Foundation blog I came across Liahona.net, a site from the Ensign Media Foundation, which is:

…a non-profit charity whose purpose is to provide wholesome and uplifting music and other content without charge through the Internet. Much of the music and other content on this site is available in multiple languages and has been performed and produced by talented and generous musicians and other artists for little or no compensation.

Music and other content may be downloaded, recorded, copied and/or distributed for non-commercial purposes only. You may download as much content as desired. EMF encourages you to share the content found on this site with others.

I downloaded twenty or so tracks and have been quite pleased so far. The recording quality is professional (as far as I can tell), and both the vocals and the instrumentals are nice. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Now if only they had an RSS feed to let me know when new music goes up… :)

If anyone knows of any other sites with free, legal (emphasis on legal) music, leave a comment. The other one that comes to mind is LDSMusicWorld.com.
