A new addition to the stacks

Categories: Books, LDS, Riverglen Press

My reader’s edition of the Book of Mormon is now part of Special Collections here at the HBLL (thanks to Hilary for letting me know it had gotten out of cataloguing):

Project Cumorah

The first of what will hopefully be many. ;) (To be more accurate, I do have two other books in Special Collections — Translating Scripture and Lorin Farr — but my name is only in the acknowledgments of each. This is my first time getting in the catalog. And yes, I realize this is horribly vain of me. Oh well, it’ll rub off before too long. :P)

Oh my word, I want a copy. I love the first edition because there are paragraphs and no verses, and it flows so much better. I’m so impressed, Ben! So very impressed.

Well, if you’re feeling poor, you can download the PDF for free. :) (If you want a hard copy, it’s $20 off Lulu. I wish I could make it cheaper, but that’s as low as they’d let me go. Someday, when I control my own printing presses… ~wistful sigh~) Thanks. :) (I plan to do the same thing with the D&C and Pearl of Great Price and probably the New Testament, too.)

I got to shelve it for the first time! Thank you, thank you…
