Hil: Okay, some flowers are loud and brash. :) I do suppose you're right, though -- and I realize now that I haven't paid flowers enough attention to be able to discount them.

Tyson: Good point. It's been a really, really long time since I went camping, and I don't exactly know why. I need to go...

Ali: Haha, yes. Not to mention our bipolar weather here, bouncing back and forth between sun and snow. It's crazy.

Heh, yeah it's so funny - the first day it got warm in UT this year, I heard all about it from a bunch of exuberant relatives. Nothing make you appreciate spring like a long, depressing winter. Sigh, I'm going to miss the South.

Sounds like you need to go camping. It's how you can live in the busy city and still get away to quite nature.

Flowers are loud and brash? Oh Benjamin...

Head up to Thanksgiving Point. The Tulip Festival has been over now for a few weeks, but with the late thaw, the tulips are at their best right now. I went this weekend, I was a very happy girl for a few hours!
